If you already have a CepatBeli.com account, while you login to your account you can choose to insert your Email Address if you have registered your email to this account. If you have forgot either one of these login credential you can use others to login to your account.
In the event if you have previously used “Connect with Facebook” to login to your CepatBeli.com Account, your CepatBeli.com Account will automatically be registered using your email address, the same email address and the same password linked to your Facebook account. Do be reminded that you will still need to register your phone number before you can use your account to purchase anything.

For your returns to be valid, you would have to mail it back to us within 7 days from the date the parcel is received. Returns will only be done for item(s) from our site.
Yes you will be able to receive your refund once your cancellation request is being approved. Once the order is cancelled, you will be notified through email if you have a refund. The refund of your payment will be released back to you immediately after cancellation is approved.
However if you made the payment using your credit / debit card, the refund will only reflect back in your card within 7-14 working days by standard operating procedure from the banks.

1) Click on “Me” and then “View Purchase History“. You will be able to find all the orders categorised under the “Cancelled” tab and you can then click on “Check Details” on the relevant orders for further checking.
2) You will be able to see your order is being updated as per below types
- A) Cancelled due to non payment received
B) Cancelled by you
C) Cancelled by Seller / Cepatbeli.com.

If your order had been shipped by the seller, the order will be under “To Deliver” tab. These order will not be able to cancel but you can still request for refund in case it is lost / stuck in transit. Please do have a look at “When and how can I apply for a return refund? ” for a better understanding what can you do if you receive item that is not as expected.
When a CepatBeli.com Return Refund request was made, depending on the reason it is being requested, it may take up to 7 days (upon delivery of return parcel) for a resolution to be drawn based on supporting document provided.
In the event where it is successful, you will be refunded immediately after the refund case was closed. The actual refund process may vary based on your payment method used to pay for the order.
If the refund case failed, the order will resume its CepatBeli.com Ease-Of-Mind and may be completed when CepatBeli.com Ease-Of-Mind ends.

Possible status for your order:
1) Request Pending – This means the seller had yet to respond to your request and you can click into the order to see the last date the seller must respond. If they do not respond by then your refund will be auto accepted.
2) Dispute Pending – This means the seller had disputed your claim and will need you to respond to the case with additional evidence. If you do not provide the said evidence, your case may be rejected by our dispute team.
3) Completed – The case had been resolved and refund is being initiated back to you. More details below.
Once your order’s cancellation or return refund status had been updated as completed, the payment will be released back to you according to the payment method you used to pay this order.
1) If you paid using Credit / Debit Card, the refund will be released back to the card you made such purchase. All credit / debit card refund will need 7-14 working days of standard bank processing time to complete.
If you have issues with your order, it is best that you request for refund to secure your payment within CepatBeli.com.
CepatBeli.com will cancel your return/refund request and release payment to seller if you do not ship out your returned parcel within 7 days after you raised the return/refund request.
If your order is still within Cepatbeli.com Ease-Of-Mind, you may raise a new request for refund again. Should the order be auto completed, it is best for you to try to check with the seller for direct resolution from the seller.
If you wish to return your product due to a change of mind, this is not allowed unless a mutual agreement has been made between the seller and yourself whereby you (buyer) will need to provide a screenshot of chat history with the seller in your refund request case as supporting document.
Please do note that the seller may dispute your return if he/she disagrees with the reason you want to request for refund. In such case, Shopee’s Dispute Team will take over the case and judge based on the proof provided by both party. Once the return request has been confirmed by the seller or CepatBeli.com Support Team:
For local orders
Pack the item(s) to return and ship it back to the seller within 3 days from the date your return request was approved.
You can ship out the product via any courier company. Please ensure the following details are included:
- Order ID and/or Return Request ID
- Seller Return Address as indicated on the Refund Details page
After shipping, immediately enter the Courier Name, Tracking Number (if any) or Shipment proof via the Shopee app (refer to screenshot below).
*Tip – It will help the seller process your case faster if you can insert a small note in the return parcel saying, Why you want a refund?, and Where is it damaged? etc.
What if I would like to do an exchange?
We are very sorry to say that due to current system limitation, we cannot arrange a direct exchange within the system for you.
If you have received a wrong item, you are advised to send it back to the seller. Upon return parcel delivery, the seller can accept the refund to release the payment back to you. You can then place a new order for the seller to ship it to you again.
